In 1960, Ronnie Corbett “Tractor Man”, was only 18 when he started at Guerden Homes of Lake City, Florida. He was in the framing department and began learning the in and outs of the mobile home industry. On Ronnie’s days off from the plant he would setup and service mobile homes. In 1969, he saved up enough money to buy land on Highway 41 in northern Lake City. Soon the land was cleared and Corbett’s Mobile Home Sales, Service, and Supplies was born.
Service, and Supplies was built to be more convienient for the customers.
